Today
I purchased a torch coral (Euphyllia glabrescens). It hasn't extended
its tentacles as far as I have seen in photos. All the tank parameters
check fine, I will keep an eye on it.
I also purchased 3 more mushroom's, 1 green and
2 orange.
Torch Update 1: The
torch has extended about 1cm more, its been about 3 weeks since
purchase. It grabs brine shrimp and pulls it in when I try to feed
it (I have no idea where the mouth is, I’m guessing in the
center) It also closes at night and opens when the lights are on.
So apart from being short, it appears healthy.
Update 2: (10-6-05)
This thing just keeps getting bigger. It has 3 mouths! tenticles
about 6 cm in length. Very cool.
